Nothing is wrong

The same question came up in several sessions in Edson. If you've been asking it too, this one's for you.

Hello, my beautiful friends :))

Grab a mug of something delicious and settle in with me. I've just come back from a weekend in Edson, and I heard the same thing in nearly every session.

Nothing Is Wrong

I drove out early Friday morning, and man oh man, the countryside coming into Edson in the fall is just an explosion of colour.

The weather was warm. The air smelled sweet. I always drive through town when I arrive to see what's different, what's changed… and there's growth out there, new businesses, a good feeling about the place. I still think of Edson as home. Pulling in filled me with a kind of peace that felt lovely.

And then there were my people.

It had been five months. They were excited… happy to see me, grateful to be back at it, and ready to dig straight in and carry on where we'd left off. Seeing that on face after face filled my heart right up. Whatever doubt I'd had about fitting this trip into a busy stretch, that answered it. Coming back was the right call.

But here's what I actually sat down to tell you.

The same thing popping up again and again

I kept hearing a version of the same story.

Discomfort. Anxiety running higher than usual. More stress than the circumstances seemed to call for. And underneath it all, the same quiet question… what's wrong with me?

Different people. Different lives. Same question.

And in nearly every case, my answer was the same.

Nothing is wrong. Nothing has gone wrong. In fact, everything is going right.

It just happens to feel intense.

Excited and scared at the same time

That's the closest I can get to describing it. You know how you can be excited and scared at the exact same moment, and your body can't quite tell you which one it is? That.

What a lot of people are experiencing right now is a deep internal shift. A new level of awakening. And the body reads expansion much the same way it reads threat… heart going faster, sleep going strange, everything sitting a bit closer to the surface.

So you feel it, and you assume it's a problem.

It isn't. It's movement.

There are incoming frequencies, light codes, arriving right now. And because so many of you have done the work… because you've actually created space inside your body and your energy system… those codes have somewhere to land. They're doing exactly what they came to do. Opening you up. Elevating you. Accelerating things.

Naturally. On their own. Without you having to manage a single bit of it.

Your system knows what it's doing. It's just doing it faster than you're used to.

What a session does in the middle of that

This is where the work earns its place, and it isn't complicated.

Someone taps into your field and tells you what's actually going on in there.

That alone changes things. So much of the distress I saw wasn't the shift itself… it was the not knowing. It was lying awake wondering whether something was breaking. The moment somebody looks at your energy and says, "No, this is expansion; you're right on time," the fear has nowhere left to stand.

Then we move the density out. Whatever's heavy, whatever's stuck, whatever got stirred up and hasn't cleared… that gets transmuted so the rest of it can keep moving.

And what's left is acceptance. Surrender, even. Not giving up… letting go of the grip. That made a world of difference to person after person last weekend.

And then they all said yes

Here's the part that got me.

As I tapped in and told people what I was picking up… this is what's moving, this is what your system is doing, this is what's shifting in there… every single one of them said yes.

Yes, that's been happening.

Yes to that.

Yes, my boundaries have got firmer lately.

Yes, my intuition has been getting stronger.

And something happened in the acknowledgment itself. Just naming those simple things out loud built a strength in them, right there on the table. Because once a thing is confirmed, you can stop bracing against it. You can let go and surrender into trusting yourself.

And then the intuition strengthens further. And further again.

That isn't a coincidence either. It's the dense, dormant energy in your system breaking down and dissolving… and as that clears out, what was naturally yours all along becomes active again. You tune into it without trying. New experiences start showing up because of it.

And what all of that produces is alignment.

You begin recognizing what genuinely works for you and what doesn't. Your choices start to reflect it… not because you decided to be more disciplined about your life, but because you can finally hear yourself.

I watched that happen in client after client last weekend.

So, again… nothing is wrong.

You're activating.

Coming home to yourself

If I had to name one thread running through all four days, it's that one.

It came out in different words with different people, whatever each person could hear. But underneath it was always the same thing: come home to yourself.

Go inward. Listen. Connect. Your answers are in there… not in me, not in a book, not in whoever is talking loudest online. In you. And once you find them, trust them. Soften into them instead of arguing with them.

We are growing. We are changing. And that is amazing and challenging at the very same time, and both of those are allowed to be true at once.

The part I wasn't planning to tell you

Here's the other half of that trip.

I didn't treat it as work. Not only work, anyway.

I got myself a hotel room, so I'd have quiet… I have been craving alone time and stillness, and I have needed it badly. I was in bed at seven thirty, eight o'clock, sleeping the ten and twelve hours my body actually asks for. Picnics in the park at lunch. Up early, down to the shop before anyone arrived, sitting and meditating in an empty, quiet room.

That trip was as much about taking care of myself as it was about taking care of others.

I want to say that out loud, because I spend a good deal of time telling you to go inward and listen to what your system is asking for, and it would be a bit rich of me to say it without doing it.

I went to Edson to give. I also went to Edson to fill back up.

Both of those were the point.

So if you've been feeling strange lately… wound tighter than the week deserves, sleeping badly, more tender than usual, quietly wondering what's gone wrong with you… hold this one lightly for a few days:

What if nothing has gone wrong?

What if you're just moving, and it's moving fast, and the discomfort is the size of the change rather than the size of the problem?

What if you're activating?

Ways to find me are below, in person or over the phone. And if now isn't the moment for that, come home to yourself anyway. Go inward. Get quiet enough to hear it.

I love you, I'm cheering you on.

Shine Bright!

Tina :))
